See a map showing the areas covered by the walks. All the walks commence in and return to Twyn Square (see map below) where there are two pubs serving food. There is also a small car park here. The times quoted for the walks are based on brisk continuous walking and will need adjusting according to your own preferred pace and to allow time for studying the directions. Although walking boots are generally advisable, particularly for the support they give the ankles, they are not necessary on some of these walks. Where boots are necessary for rough or muddy ground, it is specifically mentioned. Walk 20 is probably the most rewarding in terms of the variety of landscape. The
