Wales Programme - Information and Communication Technology
I was engaged by Horwood International Limited (www.horwood.com)
as an eCommerce Adviser on the Opportunity Wales programme (for
the Bridgend area) from May 2002 to March 2004. This entailed visiting
SMEs (small and medium enterprises) to conduct an eCommerce Review, submitting
a formal 6/8 page report with recommendations for the improvement of the
business by the adoption or greater usage of eCommerce and helping the
client to implement those recommendations where required.
I conducted 43 eCommerce Reviews and helped the following
clients with Web site review and optimisation, software installation and
configuration, computer troubleshooting and support in a number of software
applications:
